　　2012到2017年，贸易发展形势并不乐观。可宏奔五金厂却在这短短6年内迅速崛起，发展得一年比一年好，靠的是什么？

　　From 2011 to 2017, the trade industry has witnessed a gloomy development trend. Nevertheless, Hongben has rapidly risen in just 6 years and continues to grow with tremendous momentum. What is the secret?

　　变与不变。

　　从租房办厂到现在拥有2000平方米标准厂房和先进设备，从零碎小单子到现在与玉立集成灶等大品牌合作，刘总“一手带大”了宏奔五金厂，却丝毫没有老板的架子。

　　Manger Liu has witnessed the development history of Hongben: from rental factory to the now 2,000 square meters of standard workshop with advanced equipment; from a few orders to the orders with big brands like Yuli Kitchenware; Manager Liu has brought up Hongben Hardware Factory almost without anyone’s help, yet he has never put on airs of a boss.

　　他说：“我是基层出身，深知产品质量的重要性。无论何时，都把技术创新，产品升级放在第一位，这是永远不会变的。”

　　He said, "I am from the grassroots, so I am fully aware of the importance of product quality. So technology innovation and product upgrading should always be put in the first place. This will never be changed.”

　　那么变化的是什么呢？

　　So what should be changed?

　　第一变：感应市场变化，内贸转外贸。意识到内贸单不稳定，回款慢，刘总积极转型，将目光投向了薄利多销的国外市场。最近刚接下了德国一个连锁超市的大单子，每个月产值近百万，他信心十足。

　　The first change: to adapt to the market changes and transfer from domestic trade to foreign trade. Once realizing that domestic trade is not stable now with slower cash flow, Manager Liu sets out to actively transform his trade. So he looks to the foreign markets which feature small profit but quick turnover. Just recently, Manager Liu has taken a big order from a German supermarket chain with monthly output value of nearly a million US dollars. This boosts his confidence greatly.

　　第二变：站在时代风口，拥抱互联网+。在采访中，刘总反复强调，他需要全球贸易信用e平台这样的专业平台，帮助他宣传产品，并直接与海外买家沟通，接到更多的订单。
